Return Window
- Standard Returns: 30 days from delivery date
- Extended Returns: 45 days for select items during sale periods
- Proof of Purchase: Order number or receipt required
Eligible Items

- Lehengas and festive wear
- Casual and western wear
- Accessories and jewelry
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized items
- Intimate apparel that has been worn
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Items with missing tags or labels
- Items purchased from outlet stores
Item Condition
Items must be returned in original condition:
- Unused: Items should not have been worn or used
- Original Packaging: Return in original packaging and bags
- Tags Attached: All tags and labels must be intact
- Clean: Items should be clean and free of stains
Return Process
- Initiate Return: Contact our customer service
- Return Authorization: Receive return authorization number
- Pack Item: Use original packaging and include return label
- Ship Item: Send using prepaid return label (if provided)
- Processing: We inspect and process your return
- Refund/Credit: Receive refund or exchange

- Refund Processing: 3-5 business days after approval

Refunds

Return items at any Dadolfa store:
- Receipt Required: Bring original receipt or order number

- No Shipping: Convenient and immediate
International Returns
- Return Window: 14 days from delivery
- Shipping Costs: Customer responsible for return shipping
- Customs: Duties and taxes are non-refundable
Size Exchanges
For size-related returns:
- Free Exchanges: Complimentary size exchanges
- Multiple Exchanges: Up to 2 exchanges per item
- Final Sale: After 2 exchanges, item becomes final sale
